Check and fill toilet tissue and soaps in locker rooms and restrooms
Squeegee floors if excess water in locker room
Sweep and dust stair case
Gather and empty trash in the facility
Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping and vacuuming
Clean windows, glass partitions, or mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, or squeegees
Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
Dust mop exercise studios
Notify supervisor of supplies needed for cleaning and maintenance duties.
Other duties as assigned
Successfully complete State of Florida Criminal History Background Check requirements as well as meet the Association’s policies on background screening
One to two years prior experience
Adhere to drug/alcohol/smoke free workplace policy
CERTIFICATIONS AND TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:
CPR and First Aid Certifications required
Completion of YMCA of the USA Child Abuse and Neglect class
Completion of the YMCA’s Blood Borne Pathogens training
Additional training classes as recommended by Supervisor
